HYDRO VACUUM EXCAVATOR - QUADRA  


 

The Suction-Excavator becomes Quadra: to the traditional suction power, capable of sucking in the container any material that passes through a Ø250 pipe , it combines the power of high pressure water, forming a combined machine.

The Suction-Excavator is equipped with a water tank of 4000 liters capacity to power a piston pump with the following characteristics:

The Suction-Excavator Quadra is predisposed for the application of the back device denominated Lavaspyra for cleaning of road surfaces; this accessory is coupled posteriorly to the vehicle and uses the power of the water with the sucking power in order to remove solid and powdery material from roads and large squares.

 

Hydraulic rear coiler

The back arm of aspiration is modified for supporting a reel that winds up the high pressure pipe for the cleaning of the canalizations; the coiler rotates with the arm to orient in any direction making an angle of 180 ° from the parking position. The coiler can contain the following quantities of pipe:

The rotation of the reel is made by a hydraulic motor with maximum pulling force of 500 Kgf at a minimum  winding speed of 6 rpm.
 
In unwinding the rotation can happen in free way to give maximum freedom to the pipe to quickly unroll; the hydraulic plant is equipped with anti-cavitation valves and oil-pressure accumulators to avoid dangerous water hammers due to strong impact in stopping the rotation. 
 
The coiler is equipped with an automatic device of guide of the pipe for a syncronized winding and of a roll device commanded by pneumatic cylinders that presses the pipe on the drum; this to avoid overlapping of the pipe during the unwinding and the winding. 
 
The high pressure pipe, leaving the coiling drum, can be conveyed through some rollers along the suction arm so that it can enter in the canalization together with the suction pipe; this to facilitate at the most the operations of hydro-drainage and to avoid lesions to the pipe owed to the attrition with the grit of inspection.
 
All functions of use are present on the radio-control:
  • Water pump clutch
  • Water pump speed adjustment (potentiometer)
  • Water pump pressure adjustment
  • Winding and unwinding control
  • Free rotation during unwinding control
  • Press-pipe pneumatic device control

Hydraulic side coiler

On the frame side is positioned a hydraulic or manual control winding reel  to contain a hydro-bleeding pipe of small size; this can be used with reaction nozzles or with lance. The coiler can contain the following quantities of pipe:
